Aimed at the absolute couch potato and at the core of our offering; Activate Multisport offers aspiring triathletes, duathletes, aquatletes, runners, cyclists and swimmers a safe and fun environment to cut their teeth.

It does not matter whether your #bumtobucketlist goal is the Pink Triathlon, a Park Run, the Cole Classic short course or just getting ready to join your local cycling club.  With a certified, cycling, running and triathlon coach, we’ve got you covered.

Together we will set your goals and make sure you achieve them.  All you have to do is to show up and give it a crack.

Triathletes:

You will be encouraged to attend two bike, two run and two pool swim sessions.  Once you are confident in the pool and can swim 500m freestyle, non-stop you will be able to join the openwater swim sessions at Balmoral Beach.

Duathletes/Aquathletes

You will be encouraged to attend three sessions of each discipline per  week.

Cyclists and Runners

You will be encouraged to attend three sessions per week of your chosen discipline.

Swimmers

To get the most out of your program you will be encouraged to attend two pool sessions per week and to do a third session on your own. Once you are confident in the pool and can swim 500m freestyle, non-stop you will be able to join the openwater swim sessions at Balmoral Beach.  If you are already capable of meeting this minimum safety distance, you can use the openwater sessions as your third swim of the week.
